ITINERARY

• DAY 1

  Delhi (By Train)

  On your arrival in Delhi, our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel for your night stay.

• DAY 2

  Delhi

  In the morning, we will embark on a sightseeing tour of Delhi. The places you will visit here include:

  • India Gate
  • Parliament House
  • Laxmi Narayan Temple
  • Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple. 

  After having lunch, in the afternoon, we will go out to explore:

  • Qutub Minar Complex 
  • Chhatarpur Temple (a Durga temple manifesting the South Indian and North Indian architecture traits).

  Later follows an overnight stay in the hotel.

• DAY 3

  Delhi - Haridwar (By Train) - Haridwar - Rishikesh

  The day will allow us to drive to the New Delhi Railway Station to board the train to Haridwar. After de-boarding the train at Haridwar Railway Station, our representative will take you to the Har-ki-Pauri and other famous temples in Haridwar. Thereafter, we will go to Rishikesh. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the evening, we will partake in the evening aarti ceremony followed by an overnight stay in the Rishikesh hotel.

• DAY 4

  Rishikesh - Haridwar - Varanasi

  The 4th day of the tour will allow the timely transfer to the Haridwar railway station to board the train to Varanasi.

• DAY 5

  Varanasi

  Early in the morning, we will arrive in Varanasi followed by assisted transfer to the hotel by our tour representative. The day will be free to do things at your own will. Later follows an overnight stay at the hotel.

• DAY 6

  Varanasi

  In the morning, we will go out for a boat cruise in the holy river Ganges. 

  Later, you will be dropped at the hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast we will take a road trip to Sarnath, the ancient Buddhist town. The places you will explore here include the:

  • Stupa
  • Buddhist Temple 
  • Museum

  The afternoon will be covered with the sightseeing tour of Varanasi. Here you will visit the:

  • Bharat Mata Temple
  • Durga Temple
  • Aurangzeb Mosque 
  • Banaras Hindu University

  And, stay overnight in the hotel.

• DAY 7

  Varanasi - Agra

  On the morning of the 7th day will be free to do activities of your own choice. In the afternoon, we will drive to the Varanasi Railway Station to board the train to Agra.

• DAY 8

  Agra

  On day 8, you will arrive in Agra. Upon arrival, our company representative will transfer you to the hotel. Thereafter, you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Agra.

  The places you will visit include:

  • Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb  
  • Agra Fort
  • Taj Mahal (Known to be one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’).

  Then, you will be transferred to the hotel for a night stay.

• DAY 9

  Agra - Mathura - Delhi

  The last day of the trip under North India Tour Packages includes the arrival in Delhi via Mathura (by road), exploring

  • The markets of Chandni Chowk 
  • Connaught Place.
  • Dinner at a famous City Restaurant 

  This follows a drive to the international airport to board a flight for an onward journey.
